MDM President, Malcolm Morris, is an architect, owner’s representative, and real estate developer with wide ranging experience in Chicago, across the United States, and the world.

Malcolm works initially to help define needs, and then to devise a process that is appropriate to the desired outcome. MDM has the resources to coordinate a customized network of professionals, from architects and investment analysts to interior designers and specialized contractors.

Clients’ goals become MDM’s goals. The appropriate means are found to achieve budgetary, schedule, investment, and design performance goals. MDM administers processes, analyzes and enhances proposals, and recommends mechanisms for short and long-term success.
